In case you're unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return the product, you must send the items back within 14 days of receiving them, to be eligible for an exchange or full refund. Please note that for all U.S. domestic orders, returns incur a fee of $8, which will be deducted from your refund total. However, if you prefer an exchange or store credit, return fees will be waived. For international orders, you may use any shipping method of your choice to return the items at your expense. We suggest using a traceable and insured service for your protection.

To initiate a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Any item that does not comply with our return policies, including items with visible marks caused by makeup, will not be accepted. We do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items.

We conduct a thorough inspection of all items before shipping to ensure their quality. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
